Our Story

We take pride in presenting to you a luxury wine experience by crafting kosher wine from the premium grapes of the Pacific NW.

Segulah Wine was established in 2024, after we had both lived and crafted boutique, kosher wines in Israel. Upon relocating to Oregon, we met and were eager to bring our passion for winemaking to our new home. Segulah Wine was founded to showcase the exceptional wines of the Pacific Northwest to the kosher community. We are excited to share the fruits of our labor with you and look forward to all the great things to come. L’Chaim!

Joseph Weinstock

Joseph (Berel) Weinstock

Joseph Weinstock, a winemaker since 2019, is the managing force at Segulah Wine. Every step of production is taken with utmost attention and detail. Joseph is part of the Jewish community in Portland where he spends his time teaching Torah and helping fellow Jews connect to Judaism.

Eliezer Phillips

Eliezer Phillips

Eliezer Phillips is the winemaker at Segulah Wine. He began his career working at one of Israel’s leading wineries, where he developed a strong foundation in winemaking chemistry and cellar practice. He brings broad knowledge of wine and food sciences, as well as agriculture, to his work, with a deep passion for their intersection. In addition to his work in the winery, he is involved in organic and kosher food certification.
